The PVI pumps contain two main parts: a)
Rotor (shaft plus impeller) b) casing (cylinder and cylinder head) which in
spite of its simple mechanism is
offering from a very high quality of performance.
The material used in the pumps have a high quality and manufacturing is done under the ISO, DIN standards with
accuracy
of 0.01 mm tolerance which leads to the minimum internal leakage and increasing of the
pump efficiency. The Rotor of pumps are dynamically balanced with a
computerized device which leads to elimination of dynamic
vibration. Each pump is fully
tested for its capacity, vacuum pressure, power consumption and other efficiencies.
All parts are controlled %100 at the (Q.C)
department. |

Operating principle
Simple and reliable
Liquid with concentric rotation is pushed against the outer wall of the
cylindrical chamber by Centrifugal force. As the liquid thrown Outwards,
a space is created in the central area of the chamber and causes the
fluid and gas/vapor to be subjected to a suction effect as the volume of
space is increased between the impeller blades after passing the inlet
port. The gas/vapor is subsequently decreased as it is forced into a
smaller space prior to being ejected through the discharge port under
compression.
In order to eliminate overheating during Compression and to replenish
the liquid at the time of operation, the system is continuously supplied
with coolant (normally water).

Explanations:
1)
Capacities at suction inlet have been measured in conventional
conditions
as F.A.D (FREE AIR DELIVERY).
2) The temperature of the entering air -20˚C environment pressure
(760 mmHg) 1013mbar,
and the temperature of service water 15˚C (tested in equal condition).
3) Main parameters that affect on the capacity of vacuuming: Air or Inlet gas
density, service liquid specification (pressure, Density, Viscosity),
Service liquid temperature, Pump outlet pressure, Gas and vapour
suction pressure, Rotation speed of vacuum pump.
4)
Possibility of using the V-belt system for transferring the
power, as request, and changing
the capacity of the vacuum pumps. (PVI-T502 and above)
5) The extra equipments which can be ordered for the vacuum pumps are
as follows:
Separating
tank of air and water, Anti cavitation valve VGB, Unloading Valve VAD,
Check valve VAC, The electrical automatic valve for entry and evacuation.
(Solenoid
Valve) .
